PAINTINGS/ COMMISSIONS 
All original paintings are signed with a certificate of authenticity.   It is safe and trackable. Original painting delivery would take 5 working days within the UK (excluding Holidays). International orders are shipped by DHL/UPS. Order tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it's dispatched.
Shipping fees for commissioned paintings are calculated individually based on the shipping location and the weight of the completed painting plus packaging. You will be provided with a shipping estimate at the beginning of the commission process. If you would like to commission a painting on a large canvas or on a large wood panel, or you have queries regarding delivery, commissions or any other queries, please do not hesitate to email me- info@hopecreationsartistry.com 
 
COLLAGES 
 
The collage print is signed with a certificate of authenticity. The orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. It is safe and trackable.
International shipping is available for all my artworks. “Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service” are used for all the limited edition collage prints. This is to ensure fast and safe delivery of your one-of-a-kind print, and you will be issued with a tracking number when the item has been posted. If you have been issued with a tracking number, please use it to follow the parcel on its journey. For any enquiries regarding parcel delays please email me - info@hopecreationsartistry.com 
 
 
REFUND POLICY 
 
All sales of original paintings and limited edition collage prints are final and non refundable.
Exceptions are made in case of painting damage or loss incurred whilst shipping. If this happens, please email me —
info@hopecreationsartistry.com I will arrange a replacement as soon as I can.
