PAINTINGS/ COMMISSIONS 
All original paintings are signed with a certificate of authenticity.  When shipping original paintings outside the UK, we craft a custom wooden crate to ensure maximum protection during transportation. Original painting delivery would take 5-7 business days within the UK and 7-14 business days outside the UK (excluding Holidays). Sometimes, delivery outside the UK  may take up to 3 weeks.  It is safe and trackable.  International orders are shipped by DHL/UPS. Order tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it's dispatched.
Shipping fees for commissioned paintings are calculated individually based on the shipping location and the weight of the completed painting plus packaging. You will be provided with a shipping estimate at the beginning of the commission process. If you would like to commission a painting on a large canvas or on a large wood panel, or you have queries regarding delivery, commissions or any other queries, please do not hesitate to email- info@hopecreationsartistry.com 
 

CUSTOMS & INCOME TAXES

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are
not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please note that delays caused
by customs clearance are outside of our control.

 
 REFUND POLICY 
 
All sales of original paintings and limited edition collage prints are final and non refundable.
Exceptions are made in case of painting damage or loss incurred whilst shipping. If this happens, please email me —
info@hopecreationsartistry.com I will arrange a replacement as soon as I can.

FRAMING
